Cancellation Policy

We do understand that emergencies happen, so each situation will be considered, but if you do not give us 24 hours notice that you can not attend your appointment there will be a $60 Cancellation fee.  If an appointment is missed with NO NOTICE and you just simply DO NOT SHOW UP at all then that missed appointment must be paid for IN FULL at the next appointment or before.  .  It is extremely difficult to fill a missed appointment at such short notice and we only ask that you respect our time as we respect yours. 

Please respect our choice not to do any excessive dematting or getting knots out of your dogs coat. It is already a stressful thing for your pet to be away from you, we do not want to add any more stress to their visit with us. We will charge extra for any dematting of the ears, tail or legs within reason. If it is too much stress for either of us we will not do it. We will shave out the matts, knots. The only way to get them out stress free is to shave them off with a short clipper. Of course we will let you know first.  

We understand that you may have to pick up your pet late. Unfortunately, we do not have a daycare at our salon as we do not have the space. We will have to charge a Daycare fee for any pickups after 1 1/2 hours after we have sent you a text that you dog is ready to go.
